PARAKINZ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your PARAKINZ collectible. If something isn’t right, contact us at hello.parakinz@gmail.com.

14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue when possible.

If the claim is approved, PARAKINZ will provide an appropriate replacement or refund without requiring you to cover the cost of correcting our error.

About 3D-Printed Collectibles
PARAKINZ figures are produced using 3D printing. Subtle layer lines, surface texture, and small variations between individual figures are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not automatically considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.
