PARAKINZ Shipping Policy

PARAKINZ currently ships to delivery addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, package information, and available delivery service.

The shipping charge is shown before payment is completed.

Processing and Delivery
PARAKINZ figures are produced in small batches. Order preparation happens before carrier transit begins.

Any delivery date or transit window shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello.parakinz@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

Tracking and Carrier Issues
When tracking is available, it will be provided through the order process.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and address issues may affect delivery.

If tracking shows a problem, your package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact hello.parakinz@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos when possible.
