PARAKINZ Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply when you access the PARAKINZ website or purchase PARAKINZ products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from checkout.
Products
PARAKINZ products are small-batch 3D-printed collectible display figures. Subtle layer lines, surface texture, and small variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not automatically defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated during checkout before payment is completed. Checkout and payment are processed through Shopify and its payment providers.
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment processing.
PARAKINZ may cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
PARAKINZ currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates and available delivery services are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside PARAKINZ’s control.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged-item claims, incorrect-item issues, and refunds are governed by the PARAKINZ Return & Refund Policy.
Store Use
You may not misuse the PARAKINZ website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
PARAKINZ Content and Intellectual Property
PARAKINZ names, logos, character designs, artwork, photography, graphics, written content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to PARAKINZ.
They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The PARAKINZ store may rely on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, hosting providers, and shipping carriers.
Those services may have their own terms and policies that apply to their part of the transaction or service.
Changes to These Terms
PARAKINZ may update these terms when store operations, products, or legal requirements change.
The version posted at the time of your order will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
